What payment is accepted? TOP
Accepted payments - Paypal is preferred (just go through the cart lnks),
Australian residents can pay by bank transfer (exchange rate, if needed, will be converted at the rate specified by FT.com on the day of purchase).
All payments must be made within 3 days of order. Goods will not be shipped until payment is cleared.
Paypal and order delivery address must be the same. If not i.e. delivery of the creation to another party as a gift, please contact me. What are the shipping costs? TOP

Orders with the value of over $500.00 will be shipped free of charge.
What are your shipping details? TOP Shipping is via Australian Post services. International - Airmail. International customers may also be liable to customs fees on receipt of the item. Please check with your local customs office.
Should the shipping cost including packaging come to $1.00 or more than I have charged you then I will refund the difference.
All items purchased from this store are shipped within 3 business days from payment receipt date. Custom orders are shipped on completion and receipt of payment within 3 business days.
If you require insurance please contact me as this will create extra charges.
Your item will be sent to you in an organza bag (some items may be boxed, please contact me if you require your item to be boxed, again this may incur further shipping charges), wrapped in bubble wrap inside a Jiffy envelope (bubbled envelope).
How long will my item take to be delivered? TOP
This varies and depends on country and customs.
Shipping times can be from 5-20 working days. From experience US and UK quickest has been 4 business days, longest 10 business days. With Canada being the longest at 15 business days. Do you refund or exchange? TOP Your purchase will leave my abode in perfect condition. If insurance is not requested I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items by the postal system and therefore cannot offer a refund. I am a nice person so please contact me and I am sure we can come to an agreement.
If you are not satisfied with your product a refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs) should the item be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. It is the buyers responsibility for payment of return shipping costs.
Custom orders, once accepted by email/convo, are non returnable. Anything else? TOP Should you have any questions please contact me and I will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.
